Sew Many Cards Challenge & an Announcement

   
     I am more then exicted to announce that I am now part of the design team at sew many challenges. I just love all the great images they have and the variety. So be sure and come back often you never know what will be going on. Next week we will be having a blog hop with many chances to win some really great images.

    Now on to this week's challenge. This week we want to see your  Easel Cards

     I choose to use the image "Harley in the spring" I also choose to make my card a twisted easel card. I printed him out several times and layered many parts. His head, his snot, his many flowers and his butterfly. I used copics to color the image. I sponged around the edges of the image with blue for the top & green around the bottom.  The words are from Doodle Pantry. The paper is from Stampin up. I used beads down the side with rinestones in the middle.

Fairy Knolls Challange

Wow, This is going to be a long week end. I am working all week end and have a very tooth ache. I saw a dentist on Wed. but they can't do anything till Monday. So I will be eating little and soft stuff all week end. Ok enough now on to the challenge.
   The challenge this week at http://www.funatfairyknoll.blogspot.com/ is all about Easter.

I used copics to color her. The eggs were punched using the oval punch from stampin up. The background paper is also from stampin up. I thought she looked as if she was all dressed up for Easter service.

Sometimes I feel the real reason for Easter has been over shadowed by all the eggs and candy. We must remeber that the real Reason for the day is to Celebrate the empty tomb of JESUS CHRIST.

This week at sew many challenges the challenge is to use

2 designer papers, at least 1 flower & 1 button

    I choose to use "Duncan with Mushroom Umberella" Isn't he cute. I coloered him using copics. I printed him out twice and popped up the top os his umberlla & him. I added crystal effects to thge rain drops and water. The flower is a hand done flower by my "Aunt Glenda". The paper & button is from Stampin up. Easel cardxs are on of my favorite to make lately. I just love the way they pop.

Fairy Knolls Challange

This week at fun at fairy knoll the challenge is all about

FAITH OR LOVE

I choose to use the image "For You". I used copics to color her. I added glitter to her heart and the edge of her wings. The paper I used was from stampin up. I added the hearts to give it a little bling.

Wow, the week went fast. This week at fun at fairy knoll is all about

Easter/Spring

       This is a new image called "Where's my Ear?" I just thought she was so cute. Now really isn't that the first thing most everyone eats first? I choose to use some really bright and springy colors. The papers are from stampi n up. The ribbon & buttons are also stampin up and was a choice during sale a bration this year. I used the cross hatch embossing folder on the paper behind her.

KennyK Challenge # 39 & a few more

Well I have been slacking the last two weeks and haven't gotten around to doing the challenges over at kenny k krafty girlz challenges. Well this week it is "ALL ABOUT PINK"

 I choose to use the image "Drama Queen". I printed her out twice and popped up her arm over her purse. I used copics to color & added Liquid appliqueto her coat. The background paper is a thin tissue like paper that I wrapped arpund the base. I also added a heart & phone button I had in my stach. I have also choose to join in on the following challenges:

New Challenges

Wow, it's been a week since I posted. It has been a busy week. I used a Buggaboo image to create this great card for a friend who's birthday was Friday "April Fool's Day"

 I believe it was a freebie a awhile back. I printed it out 6 times in order to pop up the many layers. the bear to the right is the first layer, the ice cream the next, then the cake, followed by the blue bear, then the pink bear & finally the bear in a box. I added glitter to the box,the candles the hats, the cherry on the ice cream & the confetti. I also added crystal effects on the ballons. The images were colored using copics.
