Sew Many Cards Challenge # 55 & New Freebie

The challenge this week at http://www.sewmanychallenges.com/ is all about

"Circles"

   I choose to use Duncan with love letter. I printed him out two times I popped up his hair his hand & beak. I also popped up his hand with ribbon. I used copics to color him. I added liquid applique on the hearts to make them shine. The background card is covered with circles. I used an embossing folder on the background part. I also added the buttons which are from my stach to bring in the circle effect. Can't wait to see what you come up with for this challenge.

  This week's freebie which is only good for one day is called "Love Tree".

KennyK Challenge # 46

Well it's been a while since I have done a challenge and I decided to jump back in with a http://kennykkraftygirlzchallenges.blogspot.com/ Challenge. This week's challenge is all about

WHITE on WHITE

 

   Which means white card, with a coloured image.I choocse to use "Delvish Donna" . I used diamond embossing  folder on the card front. The ribbon is two differnt ribbons layered. I printed out Donna and colored her with copics. I added glitter to her skirt & wings.  This was actuallly a pretty easy challenge seeing how the main card is all white. Flowers & Lace

I choose to use the image "Duncan with heavy letter".The inside says "To say Happy Birthday". I printed him out twice and popped up his hair & beaqk. I also popped up the letter, flowers and grass.  I used copics and spica glitter pens to color. I added lace around the edges & The flowers down the side are from my stach.

Flowers

I choose to use the image "Christmas gift fairy" I removed the package she was holding and replaced it with the butterfly. The embossed flower back ground is a folder from Stampin up. I colored her with copics and added glitter to her wings. I popped her up to give her some depth.

Sew glad to have blogger back up and running. This week's challenge over at sew many challenges is

ANYTHING GOES

I choose to use the "Baby Giraffe set". I printed the stroller out twice and the baby giraffe twice.  I colored him with copics. I popped up the giraffefaqce to look as if he is in the stroller. I also cut the top so it looks as if it is down. The bow is layered up & covered with glitter. I  cut out the rattle and tied it with a cord. The trim is made using a punch from stampin up. Fairy Knolls Challange

So glad to have Blogger back on line. I have a couple great  challenges for you today. First the challenge from http://funatfairyknoll.blogspot.com/. Sew Many Cards Blog Hop

Well here it is the first Friday of May so that means new releases and blog hop. If you came here from Stacys

Isn't it cute, I just love it.

I made this card not knowing who or why I choose to make it look like a card for a new baby. Then last week I found out one of the nurses on our floor is going to have a baby.  So I will be giving it to her as a congrats card.  I printed the image out twice and popped up the bear from his wings and his head from the rest of his body. I also popped him up off the cloud. Sew Many Cards Challenge & an Announcement

   
     I am more then exicted to announce that I am now part of the design team at sew many challenges. I just love all the great images they have and the variety. So be sure and come back often you never know what will be going on. Next week we will be having a blog hop with many chances to win some really great images.

    Now on to this week's challenge. This week we want to see your  Easel Cards

     I choose to use the image "Harley in the spring" I also choose to make my card a twisted easel card. I printed him out several times and layered many parts. His head, his snot, his many flowers and his butterfly. I used copics to color the image. I sponged around the edges of the image with blue for the top & green around the bottom.  The words are from Doodle Pantry. The paper is from Stampin up. I used beads down the side with rinestones in the middle.

Fairy Knolls Challange

Wow, This is going to be a long week end. I am working all week end and have a very tooth ache. I saw a dentist on Wed. but they can't do anything till Monday. So I will be eating little and soft stuff all week end. Ok enough now on to the challenge.
   The challenge this week at http://www.funatfairyknoll.blogspot.com/ is all about Easter.

I used copics to color her. The eggs were punched using the oval punch from stampin up. The background paper is also from stampin up. I thought she looked as if she was all dressed up for Easter service.

Sometimes I feel the real reason for Easter has been over shadowed by all the eggs and candy. We must remeber that the real Reason for the day is to Celebrate the empty tomb of JESUS CHRIST.

    I choose to use "Duncan with Mushroom Umberella" Isn't he cute. I coloered him using copics. I printed him out twice and popped up the top os his umberlla & him. I added crystal effects to thge rain drops and water. The flower is a hand done flower by my "Aunt Glenda". The paper & button is from Stampin up. Easel cardxs are on of my favorite to make lately. I just love the way they pop.

Easter/Spring

       This is a new image called "Where's my Ear?" I just thought she was so cute. Now really isn't that the first thing most everyone eats first? I choose to use some really bright and springy colors. The papers are from stampi n up. The ribbon & buttons are also stampin up and was a choice during sale a bration this year. I used the cross hatch embossing folder on the paper behind her.
