The background paper is a foe leather sticker paper from sizzix. The printed paper is a piece from my stach. I used a punch for the strip down the side and the dots are brads from "Stampin up".

It's the first Friday Of June so you know what that means: New releases and blog hop. If you came here from darlingho's then you are on the right track. If not you will want to  go to sew many challenges and start from the beginning. That is the only way to have a chance to win all the great releases and  15.00 to spend in the smc shop.
The images this month are all about fathers and the fourth of July. My image is of "Eris Fishing" Isn't he cute. I printed him out three times. I colored him with copics. I popped up his head, his ear, his fishing basket and the fish. I used a piece of bamboo and sliver cording for his fishing pole. The fish bones are from a piece of background paper I had on hand. {Would you believe the blue backgound is from the box of a frozen steamable meal. I saw it when I went to have it at lunch one day and thought it would be great on a card.} The punch I used is from Martha Stewart. I had a great time working with this image and can't wait to see what you come up with.
