I had a great time working on these. I layered herseveral times. On the tag & card , I layered her dress & arms, then popped up head & then popped up her balloons. On the card I added gold cording for the balloon strings & popped up her shoes. On the post a note holder I popped up her head & balloons. I added white ribbon to all three projects. I used copics & spica glitter pens to color the images. All the words used are from "stampin up".
